The herringbone wood floors, supple velvet floor-to-ceiling drapery, and shimmering wall coverings in the recessed ceiling coffers set the tone for a luncheon of 20, a rehearsal dinner of 125, or a cocktail celebration of 150.

An original pressed tin ceiling in the entryway leads you into a stunning room filled with rich details. Special features include sound-absorbing drapery, band/DJ specific power, ambient lighting, and all-season temperature control. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are also available with rental of The First at The Faulkner at no additional charge.

State of the Art
The First at The Faulkner features a private entrance and can be reserved on its own or partnered with other spaces in the building to meet your event’s specific needs.
This event space features a state-of-the-art Audio/Visual system! An in-ceiling projector and screen can drop down on command to feature your slideshow, professional presentation, or to show the big game! Additionally, in-house microphones are available to allow for toasts, speakers, and presentations without having to rent a separate system. Voices and music are amplified throughout the space from the built-in ceiling speakers.
