The Fifth at The Faulkner is the second of two interior event spaces that evolve into your individual, unique vision for your celebrations. The neutral tone and features of the room and the open floor plan allow you to craft the perfect event flow and everything you have been dreaming of! The overhead, dimming globe lighting sets the mood for your event whether it is day or night. We can also adjust the room lighting, room temperatures, and room microphone/music volumes at just the touch of a finger for you!
The included assortment of tables and chiavari chairs fill the room perfectly and you have the luxury of designing your own custom layout. Complete with your catering team's private prep kitchen as well as private restrooms, The Fifth has every event space detail you'll need for a successful night.
A Perfect Pair
Perfectly paired with The Top of The Faulkner, you will have two floors of event space, one interior and one jaw-dropping exterior rooftop terrace. These two separate event spaces are yours to use how you best see fit during the 5 hour event block included in your rental. You can start with a ceremony or cocktail hour on The Top, head down to The Fifth for the main dinner service and toasts, and then dance the night away under the starts for a rooftop entertainment celebration. You can choose the event flow that is perfect for your event, your guests will love the movement and excitement of "what's next!"
Adding The First at The Faulkner as a third floor of event space is a great way to increase your guest count capacity, entertain throughout the entire building, and secure a weather contingency plan for your event.
