The Faulkner is a six story building - three floors feature event space, two house office space, and one private floor dedicated to meeting space and wedding dressing locations. Each refined finish was hand selected to create a space that was beautifully curated for your most special event.
The First at The Faulkner and The Fifth at The Faulkner are interior, and The Top of The Faulkner is the like-no-other Rooftop Terrace.
The Front Rooms at The Faulkner, The Boardroom and The Drawing Room are located on The Fourth along with The Bridal Parlor. These two separate luxury spaces are private dressing rooms for our wedding program. The Front Rooms at The Faulkner are also the perfect, professional meeting space for your next product launch or quarterly meeting.
The Second and The Third at The Faulkner are two individual floors that hold our leasable office space.

Full-Service Caterer
We want to see your event be successful as you do, so in assistance with that we do require that you utilize a full-service, professional catering team. Along with your event coordinator/planner they will be the backbone of your celebration with setting up and breaking down your event, servicing your food and guest tables all through the night, and then cleaning up the event space once your event has concluded.

Beverage Partner
With safe consumption in mind for your celebrations, we require you hire a full-service, professional beverage team as well. The beverage team will supply all bar components, set-up and break down the bar, and some will even come with the alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. This allows your guests to enjoy your bar service while consumption is being monitored safely.

Certificate of Insurance
We want you to be able to enjoy your big day with no worries. For this reason, we require all of our clients to obtain Event Liability Insurance so that they are protected should anything happen. This typically costs less than $200 and covers you for up to $1,000,000. This can be obtained via a simple three step online process. We will talk you through this and provide more information when we get to the contract phase.
